UAEPGS stands for the UAE Central Bank Payment Gateway System, which allows customers to top up their Payit wallets directly from their bank accounts listed with the Central Bank of the UAE.

Customers can directly transfer funds from their bank accounts listed with the Central Bank through UAEPGS to top up their Payit wallets.

  1. Log into the Payit app.
  2. Click on ‘Add Money.’
  3. Choose ‘Bank Transfer’ under available options.
  4. You’ll be redirected to the UAEPGS platform to complete the transaction.
  5. Enter the top-up amount.
  6. Select your bank from the list.
  7. Proceed to accept terms and conditions.
  8. You’ll be redirected to your bank’s online banking page to complete the transaction.
  9. Upon successful validation, your Payit wallet will be instantly credited.

Yes, payments made via UAEPGS are instant, and the credited amount will be reflected in your Payit wallet instantly.

Yes, there are limits:

  1. Minimum transaction: AED 1.
  2. Per transaction limit: Up to AED 25,000.
  3. Daily/monthly limit: Up to AED 25,000.

Yes, notifications will be sent for both successful and failed UAEPGS transactions via the app, SMS, and email.

Transaction details, including success and failure notifications, can be viewed within the Payit app, via SMS on your registered number, and through email notifications on your registered email address.

In case of redirection or validation issues, error messages will be displayed in the Payit app.
