Campaign Overview

This campaign is organized by Payit (powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank) to encourage beneficiary addition and international remittance transactions among eligible Payit users.

Eligible customers can receive guaranteed rewards by performing either of the following actions during the campaign period:

  • Adding a new beneficiary
  • Completing an international remittance transaction

Each action is independent and qualifies the customer for its respective reward.

Campaign Duration

Start Date: 20 May 2026
End Date: 30 June 2026

Eligibility Criteria

  • This campaign is open to selected Payit customers from the following segments:
    • Full KYC
    • Ratibi
    • Payit Plus
  • Participants must have an active Payit account during the campaign period.
  • Only actions completed successfully within the campaign duration will be considered eligible.
  • Employees of Payit or First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) are not eligible to participate.

Rewards Structure

  1. Beneficiary Addition Reward
  • Customers who successfully add a new beneficiary during the campaign period will receive:
    • 1000 Reward Points (guaranteed)
  • Reward Points will be credited to the customer’s Payit wallet in accordance with the Payit Rewards Program rules.
  1. Remittance Reward
  • Customers who successfully complete an international remittance transaction during the campaign period will receive:
    • AED 75 Kalyan Jewellers voucher

Voucher Allocation & Limits (Critical)

  • A total of 6,000 vouchers are allocated for this campaign.
  • Vouchers will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis within each segment, as follows:
    • 2,000 vouchers for Full KYC customers
    • 2,000 vouchers for Ratibi customers
    • 2,000 vouchers for Payit Plus customers
  • Each eligible customer can receive a maximum of one (1) voucher during the campaign period.
  • Once the allocated vouchers for a specific segment are fully redeemed, no additional vouchers will be issued for that segment, even if the campaign period is still ongoing.

Reward Fulfilment

  • Reward Points will be credited to the Payit wallet within a reasonable processing time after the qualifying action.
  • Kalyan vouchers will be delivered to eligible customers within 14 working days after campaign completion.

Kalyan Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • This voucher is valid until 15 October 2026.
  • This voucher cannot be clubbed or used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, loyalty points, in-store offers, or purchase schemes.
  • This voucher is not applicable on promotional items.
  • This voucher can be redeemed only on the making charges of jewellery purchases.
  • This voucher is not applicable on the purchase of Gold Coins or Gold Bars.
  • This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or any part thereof.
  • This voucher must be used against a single invoice for jewellery purchases.
  • Customers may choose either the voucher benefit or any in-store offer, whichever is higher.
  • Kalyan Jewellers reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any discrepancy.

General Conditions

  • Payit reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any time during or after the campaign.
  • Payit may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at its discretion, subject to applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
  • Participation in the campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Liability

Payit and First Abu Dhabi Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from participation in the campaign or from acceptance or use of any reward.

Data Usage

Participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data for campaign administration and promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable UAE laws and FAB’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
