1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the MOD 2X Rewards Campaign – Payit Plus (“Campaign”) conducted by Payit Wallet, powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC (“FAB”). By participating in this Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Campaign Overview

The Campaign is designed to encourage eligible Payit Plus customers to increase their usage of Money on Demand (MOD) by offering 2X Payit Reward Points on eligible MOD transactions during the Campaign Period. Customers will receive 2,000 Payit Reward Points instead of the standard 1,000 points for each eligible MOD transaction.

3. Campaign Period

The Campaign will run from 01 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

4. Eligibility

4.1 The Campaign is open to eligible Payit Plus customers who successfully complete an eligible MOD transaction during the Campaign Period.

4.2 Participants must have an active Payit Plus account that is in good standing throughout the Campaign Period and at the time of reward fulfilment.

4.3 The Campaign applies only to eligible MOD transactions successfully completed during the Campaign Period.

4.4 Employees of FAB and Payit may perform MOD transactions but are not eligible to receive Campaign rewards.

4.5 Any transactions that are cancelled, reversed, disputed, duplicated, fraudulent, suspicious, or otherwise deemed invalid by Payit shall not qualify for the Campaign.

4.6 Payit reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in suspicious, irregular, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

5. Campaign Mechanism & Rewards

5.1 Eligible customers who complete a qualifying MOD transaction during the Campaign Period will automatically qualify for the Campaign reward.

5.2 Customers will receive 2,000 Payit Reward Points for each eligible MOD transaction completed during the Campaign Period.

5.3 The Campaign reward represents a 2X points promotion, replacing the standard reward of 1,000 points per eligible MOD transaction.

5.4 No separate registration is required to participate in the Campaign. Eligibility will be validated automatically based on Payit system records.

5.5 Reward Points will be credited automatically subject to successful validation and internal processing timelines.

5.6 Reward Points shall be awarded only for transactions that meet all applicable Campaign requirements.

6. General Conditions

6.1 Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and subject to these Terms.

6.2 Payit is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage arising from participation in the Campaign or from acceptance or use of any reward.

6.3 Payit reserves the absolute right to amend, suspend, extend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.

6.4 Payit’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the Campaign shall be final and binding.

6.5 By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to release and hold harmless Payit and FAB from any claims arising out of or in connection with the Campaign.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
